The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) is an independent office created under the laws of Palau to investigate and prosecute corrupt and fraudulent Government activity.
Our office is dedicated to serving the People of Palau through public outreach and promoting good governance through transparency, bringing light to the shadows.
